Welcome to my homepage at the University of Reading.
I am a PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Mark Beaumont here at the University of Reading, and Prof. David Balding at Imperial College London. My current area of research is investigating a method of phylogenetic inference called Nested Clade Phylogeographic Analysis (NCPA). Later on my research will then move on to developing and investigating a method called Approximate Bayesian Computation (ABC) for phylogenetic inference. More on this can be found on my research page.
If for some unknown reason you would like to find out a little more about me, see my personal page. The software I have created as part of my research, and software I like to use can be found on the software page. Many of the links I find useful in my research, about my institutions, and basically anything else I like can be found on the links page. Finally if you have the urge to contact me, the information is under my contact details.
